I chose this hotel for attending a symposium, and Hanza Palace proved to be not only a perfect place to relax and have fun, but also an ideal venue for any type of business events. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for both work and leisure purposes.

The only service that I missed for my work was a 24-hour business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a computer and printer at any time to complete some urgent tasks.

The swimming pool was a highlight, large enough to actually swim in and featuring a warm Jacuzzi. The free bathrobes, slippers, and towels were a nice touch, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant as well, with delicious options and good value for money.

We found the noise levels to be somewhat disruptive, with sounds from nearby roads and villages. The location was a bit isolated, but this was outweighed by the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel itself.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem! The location was perfect for a peaceful break away from the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog along. The gentleman from the restaurant even came to our rescue when our golden retriever jumped into the pond and helped us recover the situation. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to visit again soon!
